The PopUp Whirly Air Hygienic is a pneumatically controlled protruding rotating nozzle designed for equipment where a cleaning nozzle cannot be permanently installed within the process. The nozzle extends only during cleaning, rotates to clean the surrounding area, and then automatically retracts and seals, ensuring both hygiene and safety. Key features: • The nozzle extends pneumatically and automatically retracts and seals after cleaning. • Can be completely flush-mounted to the wall (no protrusions). • Self-draining design accommodates almost all directions. • Position detection possible with IO-Link compatible sensors. • Can protrude without relying on hydraulic pressure (operates solely on pneumatic pressure). • Food contact compliant (in accordance with EC No. 1935/2004 and FDA).
